The 3,700-square-foot house is full of intimate spaces like the Sun Porch and the Parlor where families can laugh, grieve, celebrate, and reconnect. The Declan House boasts four bedrooms with queen beds, plus the seven-bed Coterie, which is custom-made for cousins to whisper into the wee hours.
