The Declan House
Explore Fort Wayne's only concierge-service guesthouse
Bypass the ordinary for an intimate experience at The Declan House, a 3,700-square-foot guesthouse located in the heart of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Lovingly restored and elegantly appointed, The Declan House provides charming accommodations and numerous gathering areas for retreats, corporate meetings, special occasions, memorable family gatherings and intimate weddings.
The Declan House’s uniqueness is evident from the outside… and throughout! If it looks like two houses joined as one, that’s because it is! It’s all part of our unique love story: two adjoining homes brought together and lovingly restored to their early 1900s splendor. The Executive Wing features ornate woodwork and reclaimed tiger-oak detailing, period-specific details, a grand chef’s kitchen, and accommodations for up to six people. The Modern Wing has a more contemporary design and is perfect for family gatherings, housing up to 10 people. The two wings can be combined to accommodate as many as 16 people.
What truly sets The Declan House apart is its concierge, whose services are available with every stay, meeting or event. Let us make your dinner reservations… or take care of catering your meal in our spacious kitchen. We’ll obtain tickets to the ballpark or the theater, arrange your transportation, stock the refrigerator, coordinate with a florist or anything else we can do to make your stay stress-free, special and memorable!
