Executive Wing
The Declan House offers upscale accommodations in two wings, which can be booked individually or together.
The Executive Wing is two levels of elegant charm! The first floor is dominated by a magnificent, fully outfitted chef’s kitchen, along with a living room, an intimate parlor, a sitting room, and a spacious master bathroom ideal for wedding-day preparations. Up the stunning wooden stairway are three elegant bedrooms: The Presidential (queen bed), Twin Peaks (twin beds that can convert to a queen), and The Retreat (queen bed).
The 2,100-square-foot Executive Wing sleeps six. Its first floor is also ideal for corporate events, retreats, weddings, family reunions, and holiday parties, with numerous private spaces for intimate conversation and alone time with special people. Our concierge can make arrangements for a private chef, coordinate with local caterers, and facilitate all your needs.

Guests who book the Executive Wing also have access to all of our outdoor spaces!
Our Front Porch is perfect for unwinding with a friend, a cold drink, and a checkerboard at the end of a busy day.
The three-season Sun Porch is a lazy retreat for enjoying cool drinks, whispered secrets, and catnaps!
The crown jewel of our property is the spacious brick patio, which is perfect for your master griller or an intimate garden wedding! Picture fragrant garlands and twinkling lights draped overhead, friends and family moving about the dance floor, laughter rising into the night sky as you make unforgettable memories! The patio can seat up to 85 people for an outdoor wedding or will accommodate approximately 100 people for a reception with live music and dancing. Your personal concierge can assist you in facilitating a stress-free event!

We want your stay at The Declan House to be a memorable experience. Whether you are visiting us for business or pleasure, our goal is to deliver excellent service and to go beyond your expectations.
RESERVATIONS: The Declan House requires a minimum two-night booking. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of check-in. A responsible lessee (at least 24 years old) must be present during the entire stay.
- Check-in is from 4-9pm Eastern time. If you need a late check-in, please call us in advance so we can arrange for your arrival.
- Check-out is 11am Eastern time. You are responsible for cleaning up during your stay and for leaving the property in good condition at check-out. Please be sure to comply with all check-out instructions to avoid additional cleaning fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of check-in for a full refund. Cancel seven days before check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellation within a week of check-in will receive a 75% refund.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is prohibited except outdoors in designated areas. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if someone has smoked in the building. No exceptions!
PETS: Pets are not permitted at The Declan House. Bona fide service animals are permitted by law. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
CONDUCT: You are staying in our home, in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please treat it with care and leave it in good condition at check-out. Quiet hours of 11pm – 7am are strictly enforced. When you reserve The Declan House, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner, to keep the property in clean and safe condition, and to close and lock doors and windows when not present at the property. Noise disruption and disrespectful behavior will result in termination of tenancy without refund and a fine of $500 plus damages.
